Nice. I can think of six Broadways in NYC (seven if you count the Bronx).
I always get lost in Chinatown (well, not the part north of Canal and west of the Bowery, but the rest).

Broadway, East Broadway, West Broadway, Broadway Alley, Brooklyn Broadway, Queens Broadway. I'm going to assume that there are Bronx and Staten Island Broadways too. So that's 8! Take that!
Posted by lauren at November 12, 2003 10:41 PMOK. I think the definitive answer is 9. There's a Broadway Terrace in Inwood. Who knew?
Posted by lauren at November 12, 2003 10:48 PMFor the true dork, how many subway lines run along those Broadways?
I think it's 7. And yet one line is canonically called the Broadway Line. Go figure.
(well actually everyone calls it the N/R, which has always annoyed me.)
Posted by Mike at November 12, 2003 11:29 PMI found another Broadway! Old Broadway, in two sections, near 125th Street.
Posted by Mike at November 14, 2003 11:27 PMmy was born in inwood. not on broadway terrace, i don't think.
